Manchester based tailor Nicholas Jones has been quietly growing a formidable reputation for supreme bespoke suits.

English soccer stars like Ryan Giggs have been seen sporting “understated, elegant Nicholas Jones suits” which is beginning to raise the profile of the brand. Jones is now said to be planning a crack at London’s Savile Row.

He is quoted as saying “we’ll be the first Manchester tailors to open a store there. Still they need shaking up a bit.”

One of the most delicious single breasted numbers from Nicholas Jones is said to comprise Super 150 wool with silk and diamond chip fragments that give it a price tag of £10,000 ($20,000).
