This truly is a perfect original gift for this Christmas.  The new limited edition Southern Comfort Bottle, bringing you the spirit of New Orleans.

image

This splendid bottle of Southern Comfort comes all wrapped up in an award winning illustration designed by Christian Northeast, and I can confirm that it makes this bottle look incredibly stunning.  And, not only is the bottle already wrapped, but each one comes with its own gift tag ready for you to add your personal touch to.

Southern Comfort was introduced in 1874 in New Orleans and it has captivated its fans ever since.  It’s intriguing blend of whiskey, fruit and spices make this drink exceedingly delicious and will want you having more than the one little tipple.

Try drinking Southern Comfort in a tall glass with cola and add a wedge of lime – trust me, its divine!  Or drink it like the people of New Orleans do by swapping the cola with ginger, lemonade and lime, or cranberry.

This simple, scrumptious and extremely tasty Limited Edition Bottle of Southern Comfort is available nationwide and will cost you £17.99.  Go on and make it your favourite Christmas drink!

Forget about that rascal Tiger, Let’s talk about a real golfing legend, Seve Ballesteros.

In his day, on a par – heh! – with no other, the man was (and is) a God. When I was a young boy, I briefly met him. I asked for an autograph, he carried on walking but took my tournament booklet like he was taking a relay runners baton.

A quick scribble, and without looking back, did the reverse relay move. The handover was smooth. I had his autograph and he walked on. Part of me felt snubbed by this, he could have said hello.

image

His saving grace that day was his outfit. Seve was Slazenger through and through. Representing a driven quality and determination to be the best, it was only right he wore the Iconic Slazenger.

The Slazenger Autumn/ Winter 2010 collection has several limited edition releases which revive some of Slazenger’s most famous moments, including the jumpers worn by Sean Connery’s James Bond and my mate Seve.

Slazenger Heritage is also reviving one of the most memorable moments in music this Christmas with the release of the blue lambswool cardigan as worn by Bing Crosby in the video for “Little Drummer Boy,” his duet with David Bowie.

The Cardigan, like so many other classics, has come right back into fashion, in fact at the moment, it is bang on trend.

The Wombats who are currently on a world tour have also been wearing the brand: http://www.novafm.com.au/video_the-wombats-vampires-and-wolves-acoustic_107091

I am the proud owner of the Bing Cardigan, it’s rarely off my back. Comfort and cool in one bundle.

Retailing at £74.99, the Bing cardigan is available from http://www.stuartslondon.com and from outlets across the UK.  Slazenger Heritage is available online at http://www.woodhouseclothing.com/  and http://www.stuartslondon.com, as well as other outlets across the UK.  For more information, visit http://www.slazengerheritage.com or call 0151 709 3695.

Once again, I have to really applaud Build-A-Bear as they debut Pudsey’s best friend – Blush Bear.  Both are now available at Build-A-Bear Workshop stores nationwide for you to make and enjoy.

Build-A-Bear has teamed up with BBC Children in Need, were £5 from every sale will go directly to the Children in Need Appeal, isn’t that fantastic.  There are many fans of Pudsey within the UK, and now with the arrival of Blush Bear to accompany him, lets hope the sales will hit the roof and raise a staggering amount of money for this incredibly worthwhile charity.

Blush Bear loves to play the drums and to dance, she really wants to help Pudsey with his busy fundraising Schedule, giving him a well needed paw when he needs it.  She is fun loving, and with magnets in her paws, she can cover her lovely rosy cheeks.  She can be dressed in a Children in Need T-Shirt as well as a spotty ra ra skirt, whereas Pudsey can be dressed also in the t-shirt and spotty boxers.  Each item of clothing bought will bring a further £1 to the charity.
