Mobile phones seem to come in all shapes and sizes these days and the new stylish MotoJewel is Motorola’s latest addition to their range. We feel it’s also a perfect gift idea for her this Christmas.

It’s inspired by this season’s fashion for oversized jewels and sports a unique and rather bling 3D crystal-cut design and mirror finish. It’s also got a dazzling purple keypad that won’t fail to get noticed.
It even comes complete with a mini clutch designed to hold all the essentials for the perfect girls’ night out: your MotoJewel, credit card and lipstick.
The display’s touch-sensitive, digital keys let consumers control the music player from the outside… brilliant!

If you are looking for a highly useful gift idea for a ‘gadget head’ look no further! The new Kensington Bluetooth solution is a great way of linking your MP3 phone with a Bluetooth adapter (plugged into your 12v ‘cigarette lighter’ socket) into your car stereo’s AUX port. Basically it enables users to enjoyyour music and answer calls without additional cables.

Having tried it out I can honestly say that it is beautifully clear and even an idiot could install it…
It offers a built-in microphone with noise and echo-canceling technology makes for clear conversations whilst driving. Users just press the phone icon on the remote (attached to your steering wheel) to automatically mute your music and take a call over the car’s stereo. It also works with the phone’s voice activation technology to make calls without having to touch it. A USB charging port ensures that the phone stays charged.
If you want to converge your phone into a full on sat nav (some phones do this as standard) you could take a look at the recently released CoPilot Live 7 sat nav software from ALK which is available on a range of phones such as the O2 XDA Orbit, T-Mobile MDA Compact and Symbian phones such as the N95.

The software has been developed to also offer Microsoft Live Search application, which gives you the added option of tapping in something like “bank” and it then directing you there with a phone number offered if needed. Clever ehh….
