Fans of Bluetooth Headsets will be pleased to find out that Jabra’s revolutionary new shape, the Jabra STONE, is now on the market!

Shaped like no other headset it uses advanced technology meaning there is no need for a boom arm.  Sleek and stylish the Jabra STONE elegantly wraps behind the ear signalling a new era in style and is fully equipped with Noise Blackout Extreme technology.  This means it will create the perfect balance between noise elimination and the delivery of a natural sounding voice.  Perfect for people who are always on the go as the dual microphones capture sound while amazingly filter out background noise only.  Impressive!  Anne R. Rasmussen, Vice President of Mobile Division, GN Netcom comments –

“The Jabra STONE is truly the most revolutionary product we have ever created and we are confident that it is going to change the way consumers think about Bluetooth headsets.  The unique shape combined with noise cancellation technology so advanced that a boom arm isn’t needed make it an all new concept.”

Homedics have released a new range of massagers, which perform in the same way that they look – stunning.

The Atom Massager (£9.99) is a battery operated hand held massager that is perfectly formed and very portable. Don’t be put off from a battery operated device, this kicks out some serious vibrations.

The Quad Massager (£9.99) looks the business. It has four massaging knuckles that ease and relieve pain and stiffness. This is another battery operated, hand held massager and again the power output is excellent.

A great gift idea for kids or perhaps those that never want to be too far away from each other is the Binatone Terrain 550 Travel pack. These are very durable, very portable walkie talkies with an extraordinarilly good range (up to 8km dependent upon terrain) that could quite easily save you a small fortune on mobile calls at home or abroad.

The pair of rechargeable handsets arrive in a durable box which contains the walkie talkies, 2 x car adaptors, 2 x Hands-free kits and a dual desktop charger pod. These little beauties also offer an incredibly clear sound (up to around 3 miles from our testing) and some very brightly lit displays making them easy to use… and very handy!

We’ve been trying our own set out and have to say that we are mightily impressed so far. Overall a great gift idea for the likes of farmers, skiers, climbers, walkers, holidaymakers or kids to play with.

The set typically retails for around £49.99 but we’ve found them online for £38.

Not your average present, granted, but a necessary and useful one all the same. This is the incredibly versatile and durable Tandberg RDX QuikStor hard drive that has been built to withstand whatever you throw at it.

It’s a cartridge based system whereby you can simply back up and remove the cartridge at your convenience… perfect for the small business owner perhaps. The cartridge lasts up to 10 years and stores up to 500gb, a serious amount of data!

The product not only looks fantastic but backs up faster than any other device we’ve yet discovered through a simple drag and drop system or alternatively by running the software provided for an automated backup sequence. Whilst the product retails for somewhere around £200 (depending where you shop), you have to consider that in the longer term it’s a far more cost effective solution than paying a web back up service a monthly fee.

If you know someone with a true love for bikes then you really can’t go wrong with a pair of tickets to London’s biggest bike show at ExCeL from 4th until 7th February 2010.

I often think that buying someone an experience is far nicer than a tangible gift as such and this show will be no exception. You can expect live stunts as well as magnificent motorcycles from top manufacturers including Kawasaki, Triumph, Ducati and Victory.

For further information or to book tickets for the show please visit www.londonmotorcycleshow.com.
