With this year being the first Christmas for the Iphone / 3G, Headphones that can offer quality output will be in high demand.

The AKG 316 is designed for those active types, or for those with funny ears like mine which mean normal “in ear” ‘phones keep dropping out. These headphones are fully adjustable and the hook design means that they will not be coming out, no matter what the activity.

They are fully compatible with all Iphones and include a soft case and winder. The sound quality is superb. Looks wise, there are two colour choices – red cardinal and Lazuli bunting – both look fantastic.

It’s the game of the decade… it’s literally everywhere!

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is obviously the sequel to Modern Warfare, which it has to be said was a stonker of a game and still heavily played by millions around the globe. This new sequel has been at the top of every gamers wish list since the launch announcement at the beginning of 2009… and now it’s finally here.

It’s slick, fast paced, realistic and lots of fun… if you don’t mind a little bit of violence (well, a lot actually), but that is what war is about right?!

The graphics are inspiring and extreemly realistic, in fact this is porbably as close to war as a couch potato will get. You’ll battle all sorts of enemies using stealth, some of the finest weaponry available to mankind and a lot of guts.

The Yo Yo dates back as far as 100 BC, first found in China made of Ivory and silk strings. In 1927, An American, Donald Duncan saw a Philippine Yo Yo dated to around 1500 in a museum and decided to turn what was once used as a weapon into a toy.

Mr. Duncan would be proud of the latest models and of the craze that is now sweeping through the world once again. I was first aware of Duncan Yo Yo’s nearly three decades ago. Back then, they were superior to any other models, in terms of performance and agility – Nothing’s changed.

When you consider the enormous choice of toys on the market today, there has to be something a little bit special about a range that’s been out long before I can remember.  I am, of course, talking about Playmobil. These toys have been enjoyed for many generations and even now, they are seeing off the competition with ease.

Part of the latest addition to the Veterinary series is the Animal Nursery. This set is packed full of accessories, from trees and fences to flower beds and carrots.
The set comes with one Vet figure and two little helpers. There are also two buildings and an assortment of animals totalling 9, including your standard cows, horses and goats not forgetting a sweet looking mouse and bird.

Let the little one become a rock star with this very cool microphone from ELC.

The Singalong Star Mic comes complete with stand and lots of extra functions to set this apart from the rest.

The stand is adjustable and has foot pedals for sound effects. The base of the stand also has flashing lights. The microphone itself in retro styling gives a more than acceptable sound quality and features additional buttons such as clapping, cheering and 4 rhythems.

This Microphone is aimed at 3 – 8 years and would be great for wowing friends and family. Hold your own version of X factor with the Singalong Star Mic. Fantastic fun!
