Jigsaws are making a come back… it’s official!
A Wentworth jigsaw is one of those truly quality pressies that will solve the perfect present puzzle for those hard to buy for folk this festive season. They are hand-crafted and uniquely cut, and made out of wood and obviously built to last!
There’s 500 different themes to choose from to suit every taste and age and range from 30 piece to 1500 piece puzzles. What’s more is Wentworth’s unique signature of jigsaw pieces in the shape of seagulls (in a marine puzzle) or paintbrushes (in a fine art theme). Quirky Victorianism all the way!
There’s a rather eccentric range of candles out there that make for fantastic pressies…
At £25, the English Eccentrics ‘Wintergarden’ candle is the latest in the range, and sets the scene for winter with mellow autumn notes of fig and pomegranate floating over a rain-freshened English country estate, with topiary trees and late-flowering lilies. We told you they were eccentric!

The Digital James Bond Scalextric Set has been created to coincide with the release of Quantum of Solice and lets you race the new Aston Martin DBS V12 with the sleek Alfa Romeo 159. Whilst this set may set you back £175, it allows you to overtake, brake and switch lanes and the new slot racing technology allows you to get closer to the drama of the movie’s chase scenes. This set is on sale from October.

The Top Gear ‘Powerlaps’ Scalectrix set retails for £100 and allows you to take the driving seat as the notorious ‘The Stig’ and set the best lap time in a new Ford GT or rather tasty Porsche 911 GT3R. The set comes with 5.5m of track which allows you to recreate the official challenging corners, such as Hammerhead and Gambon, as well as two special edition Stig hand throttles.

Christmas can’t come soon enough!
OK… so you may get a slap for giving someone a hoover for Christmas or a birthday BUT they’d soon forgive you once they’d experienced the new Dyson Handheld DC 16, Dyson’s first handheld with constant suction!

Far simpler than getting that chunky Dyson out every time there’s a slight spillage, the Dyson DC16 will sort out most messes with its powerful suction thanks’ to its patented Root6 cyclone technology. There’s no bag so no clogging and obviously no loss of suction.
From experience, most cordless handhelds just aren’t worth the bother as they don’t pick anything up or run out of power very quickly. The DC16 has twice the suction power of most other cordless handhelds and a full five minute run-time with constant suction. It charges up to three times faster than other cordless handhelds too.
