I love the Balloopa, it is pure fun. A loose homage to 1980s Swingball, but with a football slant, this is going to be massive!

The World Cup is coming and once again, we as a Nation are asking “What if?” We never learn! Maybe The Fabio factor will turn us into World Champs and Rooney is on fire at the moment, so who knows?

But after Rooney, we need to think about our youth. With it’s emphasis on promoting better accuracy whilst still being a lot of fun, maybe the Balloopa will help our chances in 2014.

But going back to the swingball, The Balloopa is much the same. Instead of a tennis ball, there is a football. So you and your mate can pass away at your hearts content. Unlike Swingball, The Balloopa gives you a chance for some accuracy and shooting practice.

You can get the Balloopa from TP Toys, specialists in Outdoor toys and climbing frames for £19.99.

I bet Becks has one of these in his back yard, you can imagine him shooting through the hoop every time.

The ball is attached using a clever 360degree spinner, which means no tangled string, no running for the ball and no broken windows.

Basically, It’s addictive. it’s football and it’s a great training tool. AND very entertaining.
