This has to be contender for the coolest summer drink…A very special, carbonated Vodka.

5 times distilled Camitz Sparkling Vodka tatses as you would expect - cool, clean and crisp.

Camitz Sparkling Vodka is distilled in Sweden from grain sourced from the wheat fields of Scandinavia. The water comes from the renowned ice age underground springs of Töllsjö, where the balance of minerals is ideal for the production of superior vodka.

The all-natural source of carbonation is documented to be the cleanest gas of its kind in the world.

On it’s own Camitz is very special. For the ultimate summer cocktail, try a 50/50 split with Champagne. There are some Mojito recipe’s below as well, but for me the Champagne / sparkling Vodka is a triumph.

Camitz Sparkling Vodka can be found in many of London’s most stylish bars and restaurants. Outlets include The Winchester at Islington in the city’s north, the exclusive Roof Gardens in Kensington, the swanky Sugar Hut in SW6 and The Last Days of Decadence in Shoreditch.

You can buy direct from selected retailers including Selfridges in London, Manchester and Birmingham and online specialists, DrinkEmporium.com, Firebox.com and Drinkshop.com. Recommended retail prices for Camitz Sparkling Vodka are £13.99 (200ml) and £29.99 (700ml).

Alcohol by volume (abv) of Camitz Sparkling Vodka is 40% and for optimum taste, this should be refrigerated and then chilled on ice before serving at +4°c /40°f.

If you fancy a subtle variation on this summer classic, reduce the sugar syrup from 30ml to 20ml and make up the difference with 10ml of Grenadine. This produces the exquisite Camitz Sparkling Pink Mojito.
