US based company Range of Motion who developed this machine claim that just 4 minutes use will be the equivalent of 45 minutes on a conventional treadmill.

It is claimed that by exercising 55% of the bodies muscles with this machine you can burn 465 calories. We’re can’t vouch for how effective the four minute cross trainer is. However, the principle sounds good and the design is aesthetically pleasing.

Retailing at a hefty £7,800 ($15,000) it’s definitely not cheap!
