As the world’s most awarded single malt whisky, Glenfiddich offers some of the most exquisite whiskeys around.  They are sure to warm you up on a cold day, or make the perfect dram for any celebration you may have.  Glenfiddich or aka “Valley of the Deer” specialise in a range of malts, these being; 12, 15, 18, 21, 30, 40, and 50 year-olds, and not to mention a number of special bottlings.  So no matter what, they will make the most splendid gift for any whisky connoisseur you may know.

One Whiskey that I would like to show you is The Glenfiddich 18 Year Old.  I myself am not a big whiskey drinker, it is the case of ‘if I have to, I will!’.  However, after sampling the 18 Year Old, I was agreeably surprised at how pleasant and easy to drink it actually was.  Don’t get me wrong, yes it is strong and full-bodied, but at the same time it is a remarkably soft and not to mention long lasting.  As far as whiskey brands go, Glenfiddich Whisky is the one to try!

Glenfiddich state:-

“Glenfiddich 18 Year Old is fine testament to the art of the distillery’s craftsmen. Matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks and produced in small quantities, this robust single malt balances notes of oak, spiced apple and aromatic cinnamon on the nose. The taste delivers rich dried fruit, candy peel and dates to create a powerful yet sublimely mellow whisky”.
This is truly a Whiskey to add to your collection!

The Glenfiddich 18 Year old Retails at £39.49, and is available from http://www.glenfiddich.co.uk.
