The UK’s leading gluten-free food manufacturer, Genius Foods, has launched an extremely tasty Gluten Free Mince Pie in time for Christmas.  This is aimed to help people who have to cut down on gluten enjoy the festive season too!

Genius Foods, which already makes bread, bakery products and pies, has blended the delicious taste of a traditional mince pie filling and encased it in a light but crisp gluten-free pastry. The end result is a mouth watering scrumptious mince pie which could well be the best mince pie you have ever tasted!

Coming in a pack of 4, these mince pies are wrapped in a delicious shortcrust pastry, and are filled with juicy sultanas, currants and raisins. All you have to do is simply remove the packaging, place in the oven to heat through for 8-10 minutes, and enjoy!  You may have to purchase a few boxes though, as there might not be any left for Christmas guests after you eat them all!
