“Oh, aah, ooohhhh!” have been the noises coming from my home recently. Don’t Worry! I am not starting Valentines early, I have just taken delivery of the astoundingly good Homedics Swedish Style massager.

When I first sat in the Massage chair, I thought I might get a nice little caress. This chair is like a real Swedish massage. It goes deeper than I thought would be possible, giving a satisfying internal massage. I never thought technology could replicate the real thing – it has, and some.

4 independent balls travel up and down your back, pounding and kneading away at tired lumbar muscles. A heat function only benefits further.

3 rollers can also function so you can choose between a Swedish or roller massage of upper middle or lower back. A full back massage is simply out of this world. Due to the intensity of the massage, you only need 10 – 15 minutes before you feel 10 years younger and as dainty as a gymnast!

The massage chair is available at Homedics site for £149.99. If you consider the cost of a professional Swedish massage, this is such good value. It went around my living room like musical chairs, everybody enjoying and being completely impressed by the standard of massage given.

I recently injured my back and the heat treatment along with the deep tissue massage has sped up my recovery – Homedics, thank you for yet another great massager!
