Playmobil giving Kids exactly what they want this Christmas

Playmobil has been around longer than I have. As a child, nothing kickstarted my imagination more than playmobil, I loved teaming up with my friends and sharing our sets.
Now, my kids enjoy Playmobil too. They have loads of other toys (it’s getting ridiculous), but they always come back to Playmobil. Interestingly, when Playmobil comes out, it stays out for longer than any other toys.
It looks like Playmobil can still kickstart that imagination.
But how does a toy brand keep engaging the forever changing attitudes of children? By giving them exactly what they want.
Playmobil’s new range of Top Agents is exactly what I mean. On the back of Spy Kids and more recently Cars 2, the secret agent is en vogue with the kids.

The Top Agents has all the distinct Playmobil styling that we love, with some really nifty models.
The Super Racer won Kid’s Choice at Dream Toys this year, and the reaction I got when I showed this to my boys confirmed that. It was the equivalent of a Justin Bieber fan seeing their idol topless….
The range also includes Secret Agent HQ, Robo Gangster truck (awesome), Secret Agent Detection Set, Robo Gangster lab and Robo Gangster Battle yacht. The sets have been well thought out, with a nice blend of good guys and baddies.
I see days of play here.
If you are stuck on what to give a young boy this Christmas, stoke up their imagination and watch the hours of creative gameplay unfold. Playmobil’s Top Agents range are a great contender for ‘Toy of the year’ this year.
