One of Rise’s (and Denmark’s!) most unique ales, brewed with whole walnuts. Husky golden brown in appearance with a red fruit aroma and a mellow maple-walnut flavour.

Søgaards Jomfruhumle
Lusciously hoppy and extraordinarily thirst-quenching, a hazy canary-yellow lager bursting with the lemon, lime, lily and pine flavours characteristic of the noble Saaz hop varietal.

Svaneke Skipper Clements
Uniting the best of English, American, and Danish pale ale characteristics, this beer has a base of toffee and apricot balanced by tangy citrus-rind bitterness.

Ørbæk Nutty 5.0%
This aptly-named ale tastes like freshly roasted pecans, though no actual nuts were used in brewing, a testament to the brew master’s talent for blending malts.

Indslev Spelt Bock
Four grains - barley, wheat, rye, and spelt - give this beer spicy nuance and notes of dark fruits, cocoa, vanilla, and coffee. An excellent choice for red wine drinkers.
Iconic Gifts beer tester admitted he was scared when he first poured this. It is strong and looks dark and menacing! On tasting the Bock, he was amazed and impressed by the smoothness and ease in which it was consumed. A real match winner.
Randers Buur Beer 6.1%
A sweet lager in the Munich style, this amber beer is redolent of honey, caramel, and golden raisins. An excellent choice for sausages or roast pork.
A real trip back to Munich, this is a lager of no compare.
