Summer-tastic Cycling Fun For the Kids

I have a 5 ½ year old boy at home, who likes nothing best but to sit in the house all day.  I end up kicking him out of the house at times (not literally) just so he can have a run around.  His excuse a lot of the times is that he has nothing to play with (he has so much!), and that his bike is too small (he has a point, it still has stabilisers!).  So with the summer holidays now started, I knew it was time to get him a bike.

When Halfords contacted me to try out the Apollo Urchin Boys Bike 16”, I was overjoyed.  Talk about timing?  Now we get to concentrate on making my little boy cycle stabiliser free this summer.  Now that is summer-tastic for me!

The bike itself is just perfect, being designed to suit any little boy.  Unlike a lot of bikes bought on the internet, this bike arrives assembled, much to the parent’s relief.  The Apollo Urchin Bike is sturdy and of good quality.  It is a simple bike with no gears or suspension, which in turn makes it an ideal bike to learn and improve riding skills.

The Apollo Urchin Boys Bike 16” is available from http://www.halfords.com and is priced at £79.99, saving you an amazing £30!
