The greatest gift of all?

Now we have got over Christmas and how commercialised it has become, I wanted to seek out alternative gift ideas.

The greatest gift of all could possibly be giving someone their confidence back, or being able to help with a separation or bereavement.

Forget jumpers and jigsaws, the greatest gift of all could be therapy.

One such therapist who could really help a loved one who may be suffering is Susan Werthem (MBACP) of Mindflow Counselling.

As well as counselling people who suffer with anxiety, stress, relationship problems and anger, Susan is also an experienced bereavement therapist, who worked with victims, families and survivors of the London 7/7 bombings.

Giving someone their life back cannot be measured and Susan, a counsellor in Hertfordshire and London at Mindflow Counselling will listen in a non-judgemental way.

If you are worried about someone close, you should maybe think about suggesting a consultation. It could be the most important gift you have ever given.
