Not your average present, granted, but a necessary and useful one all the same. This is the incredibly versatile and durable Tandberg RDX QuikStor hard drive that has been built to withstand whatever you throw at it.
It’s a cartridge based system whereby you can simply back up and remove the cartridge at your convenience… perfect for the small business owner perhaps. The cartridge lasts up to 10 years and stores up to 500gb, a serious amount of data!
The product not only looks fantastic but backs up faster than any other device we’ve yet discovered through a simple drag and drop system or alternatively by running the software provided for an automated backup sequence. Whilst the product retails for somewhere around £200 (depending where you shop), you have to consider that in the longer term it’s a far more cost effective solution than paying a web back up service a monthly fee.
There’s not a lot these guys haven’t thought of to be honest. Most businesses today live and die by their data, so it makes perfect sense to get yourself a hard wearing versatile hard drive such as this.
