Iconic Café and brand Hard Rock has contributed to Breast Cancer Awareness for the last 12 years running and this year will be the 13th year they are raising the awareness with a launch of new products that once sold will aid both the Caron Keating and Breast Cancer Foundation.
They have created a trendy t-shirt and an awesome, on trend, bracelet to raise the awareness for breast cancer, and this along with other products such as scarves and bags will be sold throughout the month known as Pinktober.
It`s great to know you can look good whilst helping a very valuable cause. All these items would also make FAB gifts!
The Hard Rock Pinktober 2012 t-shirt, designed in both white and black, the t-shirt displays Hard Rock`s message of `Love All Serve All`, along with an image of the iconic PINK ribbon symbolising Breast Cancer Research.
“The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is looking forward to this year`s Pinktober campaign,†said Myra Biblowit, President of the foundation. “Hard Rock`s long-standing dedication to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and our mission to achieve prevention and a cure for breast cancer is critical to the Foundation. Since 2007, Hard Rock has donated over $2 million and they are currently fully funding two BCRF research grants. Engaging people on a global level is definitely achievable through the power of music.â€
The exclusive t-shirts along with a variety of other Pinktober products including bracelets, scarves and a new pin will be throughout the month of October.
Products are sold exclusively at Hard Rock properties worldwide, including Cafes, Hotels, Casinos and on hardrock.com. Proceeds from the sale of UK Pinktober merchandise will benefit The Caron Keating Foundation and 15% of retail products will go directly to the cause.
Hard Rock`s Pinktober products will be available from Hard Rock Cafes in Edinburgh, London and Manchester in the UK.
