Demijohn Easter Ball review

Demijohn usually delight with their contents (see other reviews on this site) but now they are using extremely attractive bottles too.

Demijohn`s latest is the Easter Ball, The olive oil and fruit vinegar Ying-Yang combo is irresistable. 2 x 200ml bottles merge to form a complete gift for any food lover.

El Campico extra virgin Olive oil from Aragon, Spain and Blackcurrant vinegar from Comrie, Pershshire provide a centrepiece for any kitchen or dining room table. Great value for money at £15.20.

As the country`s first liquid deli, Demijohn has an exotic array of fruit vinegars – Raspberry, Bramble, Blackcurrant, Strawberry, Redcurrant etc – to choose from which are equally good drizzled over salad as over ice cream and even make an appetizing soft drink when diluted with sparkling water.

The Blackcurrant Vinegar in this new Easter set is the richest vinegar in their range, and has an intense fruity, sweet flavour, which is equally good over salads as an addition to red meat sauces or gravies. When combined with one of Demijohn`s first class olive oils, its rich fruity taste has such a moorish quality that it can make a salad to a true foodie as irresistible as a piece of dark chocolate!

The Easter ball can be personalised to make the gift a little bit more special and can be purchased at Demijohn site as well as their stores in Edinburgh, Glasgow and York – go seek out their unique, great tasting and gorgeously packaged range, Demijohn do not do disappointment.
