STM Banks Backpack Reviewed
The STM Banks Backpack may just be the best commuter backpack on the market! Fully loaded with an array of features and a smart design, there are lots of tricks that make this bag top of the class.
Equipped with 18 litres storage capacity, the Banks is designed perfectly for a 15 inch laptop. The interior is plushily quilted in order to provide a high end feel, as well as lending protection and cushioning for your device. The ergonomic design also means that it can be worn in comfort and the weight is evenly distributed across your back. Thanks to Airmesh fabric technology, this breathable design also makes for a great bag for hot and cold weather. But that’s not all, the Banks comes with a dedicated pocket (called Slingtech protection) for your laptop which suspends it off the floor, therefore minimising impact when placing the bag down or in the case of a fall. Super smart and effective!
The Banks also comes with another tech friendly twist – the CableRouting system uses pockets within the design which allows for cables to be integrated within the bag, so that you can charge items on the go without interfering with the contents of the bag. The idea being that you can have the best connectivity possible, without getting in the way of using the backpack. There is also a side mesh pocket where you can keep a water bottle and rehydrate on the go.
Within the backpack is another smaller pouch called “The Stash” this handy additional bag is a great way to store cables, batteries or any other tech goodies, without having them spill into the main bag. A nice touch but a very valuable addition for day to day use.
The STM Banks Backpack retails at £84.95 and can be purchased here.
